Short description
Between the Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady) and Brühl's Terrace, you will find our 3-star apartments (Münzgasse), in the historical city centre. Our 5-star apartments (Am Altmarkt) are right on the Old Dresden Marketplace.All the tourist attractions such as the Semper Opera House, the Royal Palace and the Zwinger Palace, are quick and easy to reach on foot.
Our apartments are all comfortable and fitted with a fully-equipped kitchen.

The spa and gym LivingWell Health Club in the new market area has a gym, sauna, swimming pool and Jacuzzi and can be booked through the hotel. Day tickets cost EUR 5 per person.

- A4 exit Dresden-Altstadt.- B6 Meißner Landstraße towards the city centre.
- At the crossway Schäferstraße / Weißeritzstraße turn left.
- Go straight ahead over the next crossroads (Friedrichstraße / Weißeritzstraße).
- Now you should see a mosque on the right side.
- On the next crossroads (Weißeritzstraße / Pieschener Allee) turn right.
- Drive through the train and car bridge, along the river, by the new congress centre straight ahead.
- Follow the main street.
- By the regional parliament turn left and carry on over the first bridge.
- In front of the next bridge turn right.
- By the synagogue turn right.
- In about 100 m turn right (in front entrance for underground parking), in about 200 meters you can park on the right side.
From the airport:
By car:
- Follow the Flughafenstraße until Königsbrücker Landstraße.
- Turn right (B97) towards the city centre.
- Go straight ahead by the Albertplatz and Carolaplatz
- Go over the Carola bridge.
- By the synagogue turn right.
- In about 100 m turn right (in front entrance for underground parking). In about 200 meters you can park on the right side.
By public transport:
Use the train from the airport terminal to the main station in Dresden, with the streetcar number 3 towards Wilder Mann. Get out at the stop Synagogue and walk to the Brühlschen Terrasse (Bruhl Terrace). After the school of art go down the steps (Münzgasse).
Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

City/tourist tax is not applicable.
