You can rent one of our seminar rooms or you choose to work on the terrace, in the green hotel garden or the "Ammerland Bar".

Room information

In the Hotel Ammerland you can create your own own little world. You can choose from four room categories, which differ in size, ambience and location within the house. Of course all rooms are equipped with 3-star comfort: Shower/WC or bath/WC, cosmetic articles, hair dryer, telephone with direct dial mode, fax and internet access, coloured cable TV with remote control.
These different categories are program and part of our philosophy as people have their individual limits regarding budget, business-wise or personally. You can choose, which category you prefer. Whatever you select, our sincere personal and decent service is always guaranteed.

Food and beverages

Take your time and lean back the next morning.
Enjoy the calm of the light-flooded orangery and have a beautiful start into the new day.
After a big breakfast from the buffet and the latest newspaper, you are well prepared for the things to come.

Ingolstadt is located on the Donau River where, in perfect harmony, flourishing times of past ducal residences unite with the active presence of a modern economic centre.
With its national park Altmühltal the beautiful surroundings are perfect for hiking, river-rafting in the Donube and visiting the cultural highlights in the numerous museums of Ingolstadt.

Tourists information

By car from the A9 motorway:
- Exit for Ingolstadt-Nord. Turn right towards Audi AG.
- Before the small bridge turn right again and then take the first street on the left.

By train from the central station (Hauptbahnhof):
Ingolstadt Hauptbahnhof is approximately 15 minutes by car or taxi from the hotel. If you take the bus: HBF towards ZOB to Rathausplatz and change to line 40.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 9.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
