Within a radius of 1.5 kilometres you find the exhibition grounds, the Cologne Arena, the "Claudius Therme" baths, the zoo, the Flora botanical gardens, Deutz intercity railway station and the "Shopping Center Köln-Arcaden".Explore the Old Town, which lies 3 kilometres away, the cathedral, a variety of museums, such as the Chocolate Museum and the Museum Ludwig, and the 11 Roman churches.
It takes just 15 minutes to reach the Bergisches Land, the "Rheinenergie Stadion" and Cologne/Bonn Airport.
Tourists information
By car:Coming from Dortmund:
- Approach via the A1 motorway until you reach Leverkusen
- Continue on the A3 and head towards the A57 until you reach Cologne
- Head towards the zoo/exhibition grounds ("Zoobrücke/Kölnmesse")
- Cross over the Rhine, pass the exhibition grounds, and you should reach the exit "Buchforst/Kalk"
- From here you can see the hotel on the left-hand side
By public transport:
From the main railway station:
- Take the S-Bahn (city rail) line S6 towards Essen or the S11 towards Bergisch-Gladbach
- Get out at Buchforst (2 stops from the main station)
- Walk down Waldecker Straße towards Kalk
- After approx. 400 m you will see the hotel on the right-hand side
Coming from Düsseldorf:
- Take the S-Bahn line S6 towards Köln-Nippes or take a local passenger train as far as Köln-Mühlheim and then change to the S6
- Get out at Buchforst (1 stop after Mühlheim)
- Walk down Waldecker Straße towards Kalk
- After approx. 400 m you will see the hotel on the right-hand side

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
