Our hotel features an attractive beauty and wellness area and boasts a leafy location next to the "Universum Science Center" and "Technologiepark".This location benefits from excellent links to the A27 motorway and tram/bus services. Football fans will appreciate the direct route to the Weserstadion stadium: simply take the public bus service which departs from right in front of the hotel (a 15-minute journey) and then take the footpath (5 minutes).

At our 400 m² wellness area "Beauty Fit" relaxation is guaranteed: there's an indoor pool, four different saunas and a beauty and massage parlour.You can also use the health club USC Sport Lounge 200 metres behind the hotel. For jogging, walking & skating we recommend the park "Stadtwald/Bürgerpark" opposite the hotel.
Bicycle rental is available from the reception.

Leave highway A 27 at exit Horn-Lehe/University and follow signs to "Universität". Turn right into Universitätsallee on 3rd traffic light. The hotel is on the left-hand side after approx 1 km.
By bus or train:
From the main station take tram no. 8, take exit "Kulenkampffallee". Take the bus no. 22 or 28 direction "Universität" until exit "Munte" (2nd station).
Or:
Take bus "30 S" or the tram no.6 from the main station until exit "Universität/NW1". Take bus 22 or 28 direction "Kulenkampfallee" and leave at exit "Munte".
