Our opening hours:Monday through Saturday from 06:00 until 22:00 o'clock.
On Sundays and national holidays from 06:00 until 12:00 o'clock and from 17:00 until 20:00 o'clock.
Arrivals outside of opening hours are only possible by prior arrangement with the hotel.

By car:- Coming via the BAB 45 take exit DO - Hafen/Huckarde.
- The freeway takes you directly to the Mallinckrodtstaße.
- After 3.5km you can see both the hotel and the entrance for the hotel's garage on the right hand side of the street.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
