Located in the heart of Hamburg, just a few minutes away from the main railway station and the river Alster, you find this well-appointed, modern hotel.Due to its excellent transport links (an underground station lies just 100 metres away), the city centre and the famous harbour can be reached in no time.
Relaxation and recreation are on offer in our wellness area, which includes a pool, a hydro jet (all-over body waterbed massage), an infrared cabin with deep heat therapy, and a Power Plate (effective 10-minute all-over body training).

Double: These rooms are fitted with either a double bed or 2 single beds and feature a classic bathroom with either bath or shower.
Family room: These rooms feature a small living area, 2 single beds or a double bed, and a kitchenette (on request and subject to availability).

Our breakfast buffet is available daily from 06:30 until 10:00.In our restaurant FOCUS you may choose from a selection of German and international dishes of the season. The restaurant is open daily from 12:00 until 22:00.
The LUX Bar with its alternating light effects invites you in for exotic cocktails and international drinks. Live piano music is on offer during the autumn and winter.

Close to the city centre and only one stop from the main railway station of Hamburg and the famous shopping street, Mönckebergstrasse, the hotel offers a perfect place to stay for either business or leisure.All famous places and buildings like the harbour, Michel and CCH can easily be reached by public transport.

Via public transport:From the main railway station:
- Take the S-Bahn (city rail) lines S1, S2 or S21, or the underground lines U2 or U3 until you reach the station Berliner Tor (1 stop away)
- Leave the station through the exit "Heidenkampsweg" and then turn right. You will see the hotel after approximately 200 metres
From Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel Airport:
- Take the bus number 110 as far as Ohlsdorf
- Change to the S-Bahn line S1 and travel as far as Berliner Tor (to continue, see above)
- Alternatively, you can take the Jasper Airport Express directly to the main railway station (to continue, see above)
By car:
From the South and the West:
- Travel via the A255 motorway, over the Elbbrücken bridges, until you reach the motorway's end
- Continue along the B75 (Heidenkampsweg) in the direction of City-Nord
- The hotel lies on the left-hand side just before the overpass (it is possible to turn around at Anckelmannplatz)
From the North and the East:
- Drive along the A24 motorway until you reach its end (exit "Hamburg-Horn")
- Continue in the direction of the centre ("Zentrum"), following the roads Sievekingsallee, Bürgerweide and Heidenkampsweg
- The hotel lies on the right-hand side, just after the overpass
We offer a private car park and an underground garage behind the hotel (take 2 right turns).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 14 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
